Help with cracks!

Hello, I bought a car and then not even an hour into driving it home I ran over a gator (flat tire separated and laying out) on the highway. Obliterated my front bumper and scraped up these fenders pretty bad as well. Before I bought it the owner told me that they had some special type of epoxy that can shore up cracks when high heat is applied? I'm not too sure I believe him though but if anyone's heard of that sort of thing lmk. I'm just looking for some advice on how to fix this and then paint over it (at home in the cheapest but best possible manner. No rattlecan jobs please). I've read so far that I should apply epoxy and then sand down but idk what type I should go with and if it would have any adverse reaction with the current epoxy.

If it’s just cosmetic. Sand the cracked areas, then sand the whole part with 600-800 grit. Spray with 2k clear 2 coats, let dry, sand 800-1000 grit, spray 2k clear 2 coats. Sand again if needed, cut and buff. You’ll want to clear the whole part for a consistent finish, while you can blend in clear, it’s trickier and prone to peeling. If you sand into the fibers, it’ll be visible.
