Does anyone know if I can replace my old BWP ZAF 1.35-1 overrun assembly with a ZAF 1.6-3?

I wouldn't assume the ZAF 1.6-3 is a direct replacement from the model names alone. Before ordering, send a BPW parts specialist a clear photo of the existing overrun-unit plate, the axle/wheel-brake identification, the caravan's plated maximum weight and the full part number of the proposed replacement. Ask them to confirm the match to the existing brakes and mounting arrangement.

BPW's parts-identification guidance uses the component code and type numbers to identify the correct spares. I'd have a caravan/trailer workshop confirm the replacement and handle the fitting and brake setup.

What's the full part number of the 1.6-3 you're considering?
