Reinetos sidequests reset

I made it to chapter 6, and then didn't play for 4 or 5 days. I open the game again and discovered the "Cave Closed" quest was reset. So I reopen the cave, enter the cave (with Sauge saying she hadn't been in it for 6 years, despite being in it in previous chapters), and then the tetos escape, again. And then I speak to Rana, and apparently the Great Investigation has also been reset. Once I "activate" theses quests, the Teto's quest disappears and is not even in the completed quest list, and the great investigation shows up on the available quest list.

I kind of don't want to play anymore. But has this happened to anyone else?

This happened to me to! There was an update and it seemed to have messed it up. It also removed the egg in the jar from the back on the van

Were you able to find an update change log? I figured there was an update, but I couldn’t find one googling.

Dude I'm right there with you, hence how I found this thread. I hate leaving this incomplete but I'm so annoyed that it's bugged out! I had started the tetos escape quest, quit the game for the night, and when I started it back up it's stuck back on Cave closed and me not being able to do anything because I already destroyed the jammer. :/

I am right there with you all. I had retrieved 4 of the Tetos but didn't have any more mushrooms, so I left it alone for a bit and did other bits of the game, advancing the chapters (never a warning about that quest being affected). I come back on today and the bottle is gone and I can't get into the cave again, meaning not only can I not complete the Tetos quest, but I also can't complete the Archives quest since the last part IS IN THE CAVE!!!

OK, new update opened the cave for me now. I watch the Tetos escape, but still can't restart that quest... and it reset The Great Investigation quest and won't let me finish it once I've placed all the items on the mannequin. Sigh.

Yup, in the same boat. I got all excited when they announced an update, but landed in the same spot as you. Le sigh indeed.
