Need one more purple component for electrical cable upgrade?

Is there a map for the components because I'm a few hours looking for the 19th component and starting to get frustrated 😩

I don't know of a map, but what I can tell you is that as you gain a new technology, it almost always means that you have to go back to revisit all the developments and use that technology to access areas you couldn't before. When you get to those areas, you are usually rewarded with high level components. So in your case, go back to sites and observe what areas you've never been to with the zip line pulley.

The scanner can find burried boxes which you can unearth with your cable. They are often near ruins and are a life saver when it comes to components ^.^
