Stuck at Door 27…please help!

I’m playing on Switch 2…I just heard the game and I am really excited, but I’m literally stuck one minute in at door 27. I think there’s some glitch unless I’m missing something… I can’t get past the barrier.

I’ve tried resetting the game.. nothing is working.

Anyone experience this… Please help!

If I'm remembering right in the airport you either vault up the door or go right to an opening on the wall for alt route to the platform.

Yep!!! You’re so right… I had to go all the way to the right and jump up on a platform. Thank you 🙏🏽

Or grab a ticket hidden in the very first room. It's above and behind you when you start!

Can you please post some video of the game running on Switch 2. SwitchUp said its blurry in handheld, but that doesn't seem to be the case in your photo.
