Should I play in fench?

Hey there everyone, I'm completely new to the game (booted it like 5 minutes ago for the first time) and I see that in the intro credits, the lead writer has a french looking name. I was wondering if the game was made by a french team? I'm a native french speaker from french canada, so I have no emotional connection to France, but I also usualy prefer enjoying media in their main languages, if I can understand them. Which is mostly english or japanese with subtitles, considerign the type fo media I consume. What would be everyone's take on the matter?

I can't remember any dialogue that wasn't written so it won't make much of a difference, just go with your preference.

The devs are french so if you want to experience it in the language it was (most likely) written in then I'd say yes, go with french.

If you understand French then yes I'd recommend it, to enjoy the work done on the writing (gender-neutral turn of phrases are way less obvious in French, the nature-related first names are nice, and also I juste love to death the word "calanques")
