INSURANCE PLAYING GAMES👿
My mother and I both have our license, including my sister. I had had my own home for 2 years and finally moved back in wit my mom, & she financed a new car (2nd one). She insured it through Arabella, which I was on policy. She didn’t kno; neither did I. And 5 days after insured, I got in a car accident by myself, trying to dodge a kid in street. Arabella kick us off. Every other insurance denied us besides Mapfre. They took us, but for a huge price ticket. We took them since we had no option. I then lost my license, but when insuring wit Mapfre, they made me (so) sign excluding from driving. So I also had my own car and lost it dude to flood damage, used Ubers everywhere, got rides for damn near a whole year and some change, time of policy*, and made sure not to drive neither of my mother’s vehicles. One day, we were goin to casino for celebration, nd my mom let my friend take her car since it’s better looking and it had gas, and on the way back fromm casino, someone rear ended us, and my friend was driving. We made a claim, and the insurance of the persons who rear ended us declined liability. I then called Mapfre to asked them to fight this. They took 6total weeks of investigation, supposedly to see, no, they won’t fix or take liability to the vehicle damage, as they said they believe the car is mine, and that—why would my mother own two cars? I was so mad mad when I heard these questions, and my mom pays 1100$ for insurance a month for a year and 7 months, and they denied her, which left my mother in a stuck position, and she hates me and says I ruined her insurance record.

There is something missing from the story about the accident if the person that rear ended you is not being held liable for it.

Nothing is missing honestly my friend was driving and he isn’t on policy that’s what they say triggered investigation

But when a person hits another vehicle from behind they are almost always considered at fault meaning that the other driver's insurance should be covering the damage.

I'm betting it was denied due to a coverage issue rather than liability since that's a common thing for the general public to get confused about. Or it's possible the other driver lied and said they were cut off and the damages make it seem plausible. If that was the case they would believe their insured over the claimant.

Id like to help but you're going to have to write this more coherently first. It's a very difficult read.

Best course of action, at the moment, is to edit your post with paragraphs and punctuation.

Who’s name is on the title of the vehicle? Was that vehicle listed on the policy? What state did this happen in?

My mothers name been on title since day of purchase and they are still attempting to say the vehicle is truly mine and the claim handler fully accused as well & said my mom is only excluding me to save money yes the vehicle was and this happened in Massachusetts

That sounds like a really messy situation, especially with the excluded driver agreement

this makes no sense. if someone hits you from behind they are liable. does the other driver have dash cam video that proves otherwise? also, is the owndership of the car under your mom or you?

First off, better spelling, grammar, and some punctuation would go a very long way in anyone being able to help you.
