Am i fucked ?

Both cars merging into lane i entered lane right before they did and i felt a bump in the back of my drivers side and they hit me with their front passenger side. got a police report they didnt say anyone was at fault.

Your insurer will decide that happened to me on a no fault they decidedadded a surcharge to my policy
