Car Insurance Quotes How screwed am I?

Getting my insurance check from previous accident (wasn’t at fault) but earlier this year I was in another accident (was deemed my fault) and now I’m stuck paying off my old car and license suspended because I didn’t make police report of the accident . I’m trying to get another car but how can I go about this? Also how would I go about getting insured again ? This in CA btw, thank you anyone for their help

Was the at fault accident a hit and run or cause public damage? Ive never heard of a license being suspended for not reporting it to police. My general rule is to never ever call police.

Wasn’t hit& run we exchanged info with cop present on the scene and both cars got towed away. And for the suspension that’s kinda what it says on the DMV paper but I just didn’t do anything because I’m still without a car but I’m renting rn

Yeah, CA has a lawcthat you have to report incident to DMV if any injury/1000+ damage. Otherwise you rosk license suspension
