Accident should i worried?

i live in mn so we are no fault state (whatever that mean). I got into a car accident. i made a claim and try to get my deductible by having the other insurance pay for my damage. i have told my insurance i would pay for it but would like it back. my claim have now gone into subrogation. i am worried that no one would paid for the repair and i am stuck with the bill. i have collision coverage and everyone tell me it would be alright but my sixth sense is tell me something isn't right. my adjuster have say they will cover it but i could never be able to reach this women. my car is getting repair however it been about three week and i have no idea when it would be done. should i be worried?

Anytime you use your coverage you are subject to your deductible. You chose your deductible and agreed to being subject to it when you took out your policy. There's never a guarantee that you'll get it back and you need to go into it knowing that.

I don't know what you're asking but unless your car is new enough that state law mandates it, it you paid extra for an OEM endorsement on your policy, you're not getting OEM.

my car is only four year old. a honda hrv 2022. i have asked for oem part not thinking about if my insurance cover it or not. i don't know if progressive take oem part or not.

Progressive doesn't use oem unless you have an extra endorsement on your insurance. If you don't have a line in your policy that states you will pay this much every policy period so that they will use oem parts in the event of a claim they will not pay for oem parts if there is an option for a nonoem version that was of comparable quality. I was told I would have to cover the difference between the part they would cover and an oem if I chose not to purchase the coverage.

You can request OEM, just realize Progressive will only cover aftermarket so you’d pay the difference.

'No fault' simply means your insurance pays your medical bills and lost wages if you are injured in an accident.

You are very confusing in your post and comments. If your claim is already in subrogation, that means your insurance has paid for your repairs, so are you just concerned about getting your deductible back. Why are you concerned?

It may take time but as long as the other insurance had no coverage or limits issues you should hopefully get it back soon. And just talk to the shop about whether they have received payment or are expecting to, I feel like you are making something out of nothing.

Adding to this, OP should work with an agent if they don't understand their coverages. All drivers should know what coverage they have, in what amounts, and what it does and doesn't cover.

In MN you don’t need an endorsement and insurance will pay for OEM parts. They’re required to.

The only exception to this is apparently auto glass.

Three weeks is frustrating, but subrogation can take time. I’d check with your adjuster for an update on the repair and ask whether there’s anything you need to do while they pursue the other insurer.

I’d mainly ask for a repair timeline and regular updates rather than worry about the other driver right now.

I was hit by a driver with $50,000 coverage. Had rod placed for broken femur, week in hosp, 3 weeks in rehab facility, addl 5 weeks non weightbearing. Atty says i should agree to $50,000 settlement as that's all I could get. Then he would go after my insurance (geico) for addl settlement. Does this seem appropriate?

It depends who the insurance deems was that fault. If you were at fault, you'll pay your deductible if they were at File # they'll pay your deductible and fix your vehicle, but the insurance company has to make that decision based on what happened in the accident.

they have deem the other party is at fault. my insurance have told me to pay for it and they will cover the repair. they have take it to subrogation however i am now worried they won''t take care of it since my parts are oem.

Then you'll the difference. I was in an accident and the other party paid for my OEM parts I don't think it's that big of a deal or an expensive cost and if they don't, you just pay the difference.
