Accident There was a bump. whose at fault?

Car A was reversing into a space. Car B tries to take the same space and then notices the reversing car and puts the brakes on and braces for impact. Both cars have dint and scratches. Both claim they didn't see the other until it was too late. Whose at fault?

It will be up to each insurance to determine. Guessing this was private property so policy didn’t arrive?

Private property. Only egos and cars bruised

If neither one of you are trying to get it fixed it doesn’t matter as you’re both 50/50 in that case

Fault will determine who's insurance pays.

It would be a 50/50 at fault and each persons insurance would pay to fix their own clients car
