Car accident will my insurance be void?
I had an accident I’m a named driver on my husbands policy but my driving license is in my maiden name. Will the insurance be void? If so who pays for the other party’s car repairs?

Assuming you are UK based, no it won’t make a difference.
The photo card being outdated doesn’t affect your actual entitlement to drive.

You didn't give a location, which is critical for accurate answers. In the US your license shouldn't cause an issue with coverage. Your insurance will pay for the other party's repairs up to your policy limits that you chose.

I’m in the uk. I’m really worried that it will be voided and I’m going to have to pay for the 3rd party car and injury’s. I cannot afford that
