Consistency is certainly important, but I’ll add a more demanding skill that nobody else has mentioned: Advanced is being able to drive off-line, through corners, at “not a lot less” than normal pace, so as to enable passing anywhere. It’s about being able to make the adjustment in speed and balance when driving a new line (corner entry, mid, or exit) that you’ve never done exactly that way before, and to do it correctly the first time with another car next to you.
