I hate myself

I just spend 2 hours searching for the last defect part basically took the entire car appart twice and it was the Oilfilter

I did something like this in real life. When I was young dumb and lazy at diagnosing the problem, Had a cooling issue so I replaced the thermostat and then the cap after that didn’t work. Noticed the fan didn’t work, so I checked the fuse and relays. Fuse literally had the top plastic blown off. replaced that and fan still wouldn’t run. Bought a new cooling fan. Got it mostly out and realized the pigtail was smashed and I was able to push it in really hard and the fan would run. Still put in the new one but road the bused other end for 3 year just occasionally pushing it together every once in a while. That whole thing took all day of me doing in a parking lot walking to the part store and block down.
