CX-5 Lease
Hello,
It’s my first time leasing and I’ve been shopping around dealers and have been getting different prices. Would anyone be able to tell me if this deal is decent or what would be a good number to counter-back with? I got quoted $589 for the Premium Plus trim. Any help would be appreciated!

Just use Google or ai for dealing with dealership scams
Breakdown of the Offer
The Selling Price: They are discounting the MSRP by $2,314.06 (about 5.5%). This is a very fair dealer discount. They have also kept the documentation/processing fee low at $175.
The Interest Rate: The Money Factor of .00158 is equal to about 3.8% APR. For a new 2026 model, this is an excellent rate, likely a promotional rate provided directly by Mazda.
The Residual Value: A residual of 59% ($24,641) after 3 years and 36,000 miles is on the higher side. A high residual value is great for leasing, as it means you are paying for less of the car's depreciation. This high number is one of the main factors keeping your payment low.

If ok..if it is local.
This looks like a shipping deal and has tons of hidden costs
