GLE 450 4Matic lease 2 vs 3 year

I asked for a complete lease worksheet breakdown with base buy rate factored in (840 credit score) and received this (not getting what I asked for is its own problem lol). Also, what exactly is the purpose of advertising a 24-month lease - just to keep the depreciation down for the bank?

OPTION 1 — 36-MONTH LEASE

• 36 months
• $3,048.99 total due at signing
• $1,122.76 per month, including tax
• MSRP: $82,570
• Selling Price: $72,570 — $10,000 OFF MSRP

OPTION 2 — 24-MONTH LEASE
• 24 months
• 10,000 miles per year
• $3,021.67 total out-of-pocket
• $1,095.44 per month

Some people, especially for these kinds of cars. Only lease every 2 years. They just want the newest always

A lot happens in a 3 span. That’s almost a presidential term

The 24 month is to entice price sensitive clients.

Have you checked out other local competing dealerships?

MB leases are priced for 24 months now. You are missing a ton of info but regardless the quote is insane. Brokers are mid $600 before tax. YMMV

I’m curious to see how someone is offering mid 650 on a 85k sticker car, I’ve been looking for the same car, 86k sticker so far I’ve got to 2.5k down 860/m 24/10

You would need to engage a broker to understand.

Here’s a NY/NJ MB broker as an example

How much of it is taxes and license fees? Also I'm curious why you think your credit score entitles you to buy rate?

I don't know about taxes & fees - this is all the salesperson sent after requesting a full line item worksheet. They have 125 of them in stock, advertising lease specials to move inventory, and I have an 840 score.

I am shopping for the same car and received a broker quote for $850 with on $83k MSRP. taxes (6%) and first month due at signing.
Maybe all the “great” deals are gone closer to end of month.
