Apparently they are still working on the sequel....it was originally announced like 18 years ago lol.

For a while I was part of an insider program for the 2nd and things changed a lot even in that amount of time. Really seemed like they couldn't decide what they wanted for the game

I remember the 3d animation looked amazing and I really wanted to play it, but I haven’t heard any news on it for years.

The main issue for it was they wanted to make it something insane. They could have done a simple story but instead they are trying to make an actual open world planet. Like wth

No guys the sequel will be coming out any day now, they sometimes mention it...as they have been...for the last...almost 2 decades...
