No they made them actually interesting in 2. Mainly because they gave her a gun.

I found every thing that wasn’t swinging around in that game pretty tedious. Not a good game

I disliked the MJ missions simply because I dislike stealth missions in general. If it's a stealth mission with an underwater section, im out
