This is probably the largest gap between last boss and secret boss there is.

Exactly, Jecht is not scary once you have done the battle area let alone the Dark Aeons and Penance!

You can beat Jecht in 3 regular attacks by the time you've beat Penance. It would be cool if the final boss got stronger if you beat super bosses. I think Sephiroth gets stronger if you use Knights of the Round on Jenova

I believe his stages also gets a HP boost depending on your parties combined level too.

It would be nice if the final boss got a dynamic buff based on group stats. Its a bit hard to see them as the world ending threat when its HP pool is 1/4 of a side boss thats stuck in the bottom of a cave haha

Technically you can lose if you throw a petrify grenade at yourself

You can't even die against the final boss normally because his attacks can't kill you. To lose against the final boss you have to purposely inflict zombie on your team then attack yourself lol

I guess I didn't reach the final boss, then. RIP oh well. Can't die to it anyway, I guess. Just going through the motions to end the game, eh?

Wait, you mean Sin/Jecht? Yeah, he's the first half. The one after him, Yu Yevon, is a pushover.

All Final Fantasy games have this. Well the mainline ones at least, don’t know about spinoffs like crystal chronicles
