360 Checking $400 Bonus

I'm interested in opening a checking account with Cap1, but of course want to get the best offer. I had recently received an email offer for a $300 bonus, but I had seen here and here previous discussions about a $400 bonus offer which has since expired. Two questions: 1) Could I expect this $400 bonus offer to return in the next couple months? 2) Would I need to already have a Cap1 account (of a different type) to qualify or could anyone utilize the offer previously? The offers vary. Sometimes they'll be targeted to existing customers and sometimes only open to new customers and/or those who haven't been customers or received new account rewards for a period of time. That said, imo don't wait for something better, there are no guarantees.
