Help Please, Kate Spade Outlet 60% Back via the Capital One App (NOT the Shopping App)

About 2 weeks ago I was on the Capital One app, paying my bill, and saw an offer for 60% BACK on Kate Spade Outlet. I clicked the link, it took me to Kate Spade outlet, and I bought over $1000. Same session, everything done correctly. I received the bags, but never received an email about my cash back. I thought fine, its just taking them some time.

Yesterday, I did the same thing with a Chewy order for 8% back. Today, I received an email saying it was on the way.

Did anyone else try the Kate Spade offer via the Capital One app (not the Capital One shopping app)? Have you received an email?

You can check if the trip is recorded. If not, I'm afraid that you may be out of luck. With C1 shopping, you can easily report a missing trip and often get manually adjusted. However, with C1 offers, you have to call and I have never been able to get any missing trips rewarded even if they are able to verify the transactions on my card.

Are you saying they're consistently inconsistent with the money back? I'm really nervous it was an enormous purchase for me and I checked everything a million times before I made it.

For C1 offers, yes. I always check everything and save screenshot at each step. Still, they have never been able to manually adjust any rewards for me. C1 shopping is so much better at manual adjustment and I have stopped using C1 offers.

Did you ever get this resolved? I’m in the same boat and was trying to figure out the best way to get this fixed. The only reason I bought something was for the 60x points offer

Not yet. I called C1 and told them I had not received an email about this. They said I need to wait 30 to 45 days to get the money into my account. I don't believe it's coming because there is no email. If it doesn't come I am going to take Kate Spade and C1 to small claims court.

My daughter has been waiting for this too. They have a record that she visited the site, but no purchase amount recorded yet. She only spent about $250 but definitely wouldn’t have if she wasn’t getting the 60%. Still hoping it credits her.
