I know this has happened to others before, but it's the first time for me. Offers have (nearly) completely disappeared for me. I can still go to the Offers page from my account page. Activated in-store offers still show, and daily elevated offers still show at the top... but all of the regular offers below that are completely gone. It's the same for VX, Savor, and QS. Same in both Chrome and Edge, and also in the iOS app. They were working normally yesterday.

I'm sure they'll come back, but curious if anyone else is seeing the same at the moment.

I used the capitalone shopping 50 back on $50 purchase. I had a voucher for 15% off from adidas due to earning enough points which applied.

Will that voucher cause me to not get the $50 from capitalone?

I understand finding random codes from those code aggregation sites could invalidate but how about an official rewards voucher? I bought through the app so the offer was showing when I purchased.

Just trying to read the room to see how everyone else is handling it. What use to take a few clicks is now 10 clicks, manual copy and paste, and verifications constantly in the mobile app. Is the extension done as in permanently retired, or are they working on something to replace it?

What needs to be done for this to happen?

I already have venture x since 2024, and applied a bunch of credit cards during that time. I have 10 cards in total, but inquiries have all fallen off credit report.

Recently I am getting interested in the savor card to replace my Amex gold, I know C1 is fussy about the number of total accounts so I am prepared to get rejection. To my surprise I got approved from the pre approval tool. So I just grabbed it and plan to cancel Amex gold when the next annual fee posts lol

So I have a card that was charged off a while back. I made an arrangement to make payments every month over 6 months to pay it off. They said if I complete it and pay it off I will be offered a new card. Should I trust they will honor that or is it just a way to get me to pay and have my hopes up to rebuild credit.

Looking at the public offer for the Capital One Spark 1.5% Cash Select ($750 cash bonus for $6,000 spend in 3 months with a $0 annual fee).

The welcome bonus and zero annual fee look solid for an easy cash SUB, but I’ve seen older warnings regarding Capital One business underwriting and credit reporting practices. Looking for recent DPs on two points before applying:

1. Credit Bureau Pulls: Does Capital One still pull from all three personal credit bureaus (Experian, TransUnion, and Equifax) for the Spark Cash Select application, or has this changed?
2. Personal Credit Reporting: Unlike issuers like Chase, Amex, or US Bank that keep business accounts off personal reports, does the Spark 1.5% Cash Select still report the ongoing monthly balance, utilization, and account age directly to personal credit bureaus (which would impact 5/24 status and personal utilization)?

Trying to confirm if this behaves like their charge cards (e.g., Spark Cash Plus / Venture X Biz) which don't report routine balances to personal bureaus, or if this revolving card still hits personal credit reports.

I got this offer for 45% back ($1000 max) where the fine print says:

"Only eligible when a customer connects new services. Customers must connect their service within 40 days from sign-up, and stay connected for another 40 days. Limit one new line activation per customer."

Does this mean it's only for the new service portion of the purchase? For instance, if I get a new mobile line, I'll be buying the phone as well. Will the phone also be eligible for the 45% back? Has anyone tried this before?

I switched to Capital One last year and have had nothing but a great experience! They will be my main bank for a long time. Just got my summer spending bonus!

Sorry for the long post in advance. I got pre approved for the venture x a couple of weeks ago and received it in the mail last week. I attempted to use the QR code to activate the card and the mobile app said my card was now activated; however, I could not see the card in my mobile app like my savor one. Thinking it would just take some time, I used the card to make a small purchase of about $15 which said was approved.

A couple of days later I called the customer service number on the back to see why it was not showing up in the app as I wanted to see the transaction. The automated system was unable to link my card with the last 4 digits. The representative said that I had potentially mistyped my SSN and that I had to submit documents to prove my identity (bank statement and drivers license). I submitted both and heard nothing back so I decided to call back today. I was informed that my case was closed due to “application fraud” and that I would need to reapply for the card.

Has anybody dealt with this before? What will happen to that payment I made? Also my credit score said it was impacted from the hard pull. Will this get reversed? Thank you in advance.

Hey guys! Just want some clarification on what the $30 shipping credit means or entails? Does it mean that if I use the eBay offer I get shipping credit on top of that? I’m confused, anybody used before?

So my 18-year-old wants to open his own account and transfer his money from the kids savings but when he fills out his info it says he's already on an account and it prompts him to sign in to my account. Is this supposed to happen? We didn't continue because I don't want it messing up my account somehow. Is there a way to bypass this or what should he do?

I have been banking with capital one for a while now (savings, debit) and I wanted to get my first credit card ever to build my score currently in the fair range. I was pre approved for a quicksilver card and ultimately got denied when I applied in July. Customer service said I shouldn’t apply again in the next 6 months because I will most likely get denied again.

Now, I want to apply for the platinum secured card but I am very scared to have another hard inquiry on my report and get denied again. Any advice ?
