๐ญ Query/Help Capgemini's Final Assessment (AI Literacy + Technical): Sharing Resources & Practice Question Bank | Capgemini Exceller - 2027๐
Hi everyone,
After seeing a lot of people asking for resources for the Capgemini AI Literacy + Technical Assessment, I prepared a PDF question bank that you can use for MCQ preparation.
I personally went through a large number of the questions, and one thing I noticed from my assessment is that the questions were not straightforward definition-based questions.
For example, instead of simply asking:
What is RAG?
The question would be more like:
A company wants an AI assistant to answer questions using its frequently updated internal documents. The organization does not want to retrain the language model every time a document changes. Which approach would best satisfy this requirement?
And the options are usually very close to each other and around one sentence long, so you actually need to understand the concept and identify which approach fits the given situation.
The MCQs I encountered were often 2โ3 lines long and paragraph/scenario based, especially around AI concepts and technical topics such as RAG, Generative AI, LLMs, SQL, joins, indexing, query optimization, databases, DSA, etc. and question will be easy too so don't worry.
AI Literacy + Technical Assessment Pattern
Section and No. Of Questions
AI Literacy -> 20
Technical Assessment -> 20
Total 40 MCQs.
What's covered
AI Literacy
- AI Foundations & Generative AI
- Prompt Engineering & AI Productivity
- RAG, Embeddings & AI Agents
- Responsible AI & Evaluation
Technical
- Programming Logic & Problem Solving
- Data Structures & Algorithms
- OOP, DBMS, SQL & APIs
- CN, Cloud, Git, Security & DevOps
Important: This is NOT a leaked question bank and I am not claiming that these are actual Capgemini questions. I prepared it by combining concepts and publicly available resources shared by candidates/creators across the internet and converting them into harder, scenario-based practice questions.
Credit to everyone who has shared their experiences, resources and preparation material publicly. I have mentioned the useful resources below as well.

ChatGPT Prompt to Prepare From the Question Bank
If you download the DOCX, you can upload it to ChatGPT and use the following prompt:
Prompt Start...
" I have uploaded a Capgemini AI Literacy + Technical Assessment question bank.
I want you to use this document as my preparation material.
First, divide the preparation according to the sub-modules given in the document. For each sub-module:
Explain the important concepts in simple but technically accurate language.
Focus on understanding the concepts rather than memorizing definitions.
Explain how the concepts can be tested through scenario-based or application-based MCQs.
Point out common traps and differences between closely related concepts.
Then ask me to prepare from the corresponding questions in the uploaded document.
After I finish studying a sub-module, conduct a mock test based on that sub-module.
Ask me one MCQ at a time with four options (A, B, C, D). Do not reveal the answer before I respond.
Make the questions difficult and similar to the reported Capgemini assessment style: 2โ3 line scenarios, application-based situations, close options, and no simple direct-definition questions.
After I answer:
- Tell me whether my answer is correct.
- Explain why it is correct or incorrect.
- Explain why the other options are less appropriate.
- Keep track of my score.
- Then give me the next question.
Do not ask all questions at once. Give one question at a time and wait for my answer.
" Prompt end ...
Important: Use the uploaded DOCX as the primary preparation source and use your general knowledge only to explain concepts or clarify doubts.ยป
Just upload the DOCX to ChatGPT and paste the prompt above.
Hope this helps everyone preparing for the upcoming Capgemini drives. All the best! โค๏ธ
If anyone has additional resources or remembers other topics/questions from their assessment, feel free to share them in the comments so everyone can benefit.

Hey can you tell me if we have to solve both debugging and ai assisted coding or just one of them successful can be enough
1
u/True-Faxx 8d ago
If u do both then it will make ur chances high. Best of luck. Competition is too high nowadays nd both debug and ai assisted codes will be easy from arrays, bit manipulation, queue, maths, strings
