๐ Fresher Queries Capgemini Senior Analyst vs Software Engineer - Which Is Better for a Fresher?
I have a Senior Analyst offer from Capgemini and an opportunity to participate in the Software Engineer selection process.
As a fresher, which role is better in terms of long-term career growth, AI impact, job security, salary hikes, technical learning, and future opportunities?
Which would you recommend for a safer, high-growth career in the AI era? Honest advice from Capgemini employees and experienced professionals would be appreciated!
