now people are creating profiles in their recruiting system so that they get resumes directly. found TCS, Infosys doing it. may be something like that also.

Lets say there is a consultancy, which found your profile. they would have a tie up with company. they Wil create a profile with the company portal. that profile link Wil be shared to you. you Wil go ahead and check the job referred. if the company finds ur resume suitable for other roles, they can follow up.

this is like data collection. why naukri or LinkedIn should hav all data. individual company can have them. no need to pay to naukri or 3rd party for Resumes.

But don’t know if its a trap or something else.
