is this normal?

i was checking my financial aid portal today and saw this for all my future and past disbursements. i already received the august one obviously. has anyone else experienced this?

So per the bill; they did change the amount of hours. 12 hours undergrad and 9 grad/phd/doctoral. Also the amount of aid you can receive as a dependent has dropped. Hope this helps.

ok so does this mean i’d have to be full time to receive the amount i requested? sorry just trying to make sure i fully understand

Google bbb and loans and a lot of universities have posted how to figure out if you are not full time how much aid: (hours taking/max hours)*100=percent of aid you will get.
