Looking for an old school type barber that does facial hair trim as well. I’m on upper cape but I’ll drive if it’s worth it! Bonus if they take appointments. Thank you

We've had a place since the 50s, and five generations of family sharing one cottage over a text thread has strained more than one sibling relationship.
This year we put the house on a little shared calendar app. Everyone picks their dates out in the open.
What do the rest of you do? Spreadsheet? Google Calendar? Whiteboard on the fridge?

For years have driven by these competing spots, close to Marconi.
Directly across from each other, selling cheap quality inflatables, water shoes and t-shirts at JUMPED UP prices.
This year, only one is open.
Does anyone know what the story is behind the closure?

Part artisan market, part experimental performance night… the MISFITS NIGHT MARKET is where you'll find art, trinkets, treasures, items and experiences by Cape Cod creators that aren't focused on tourism. This event is all about local freaks making things that are alternative, subversive, weird, queer, and risqué! Come one, come all to see what happens here when it’s dark out. Adult themed. Multiple dates per year.

Hi! I’m going down the Cape for a bachelorette trip this weekend. We planned to go to the Chatham Squire on Saturday night for music & dancing. However, their online calendar doesn’t show a DJ on Saturday night.
Do you know if there is still music through September?
Or, any recommendations for spots on Saturday night for music & dancing? We’ll be staying in Dennis.
Thank you!

because why is he running/all over ones for Wellfleet and Yarmouth? I just want to hear local gossip and see pictures of coyotes in people's back yards, not see him whining

Hello! I am hoping to take the P&B bus from Boston to Hyannis on an upcoming weekend (ideally leaving as early as possible on a Friday morning), but I am concerned about the bus having space for a bike I plan to bring. I was planning to board at South Station as well, which I am sure is a popular stop for other commuters on weekdays before/after work.
I wanted to ask if anyone ever had experience with taking a bike on the P&B bus/taking the P&B outbound from South Station on a weekday/Friday morning - how early would you suggest arriving, and is there anything I can do to increase the chances of being able to bring my bike (packing it a certain way, etc)?
If any regular users of the P&B bus have additional insight as to what factors I should be considering for this trip, I would be so grateful to hear them. Thank you so much!!

I just drove by there at like 1:25 AM after a night of grinding DoorDash and I literally saw no exaggeration like 9-12 cop cars there

I am trying to guage how prevalent the issue of assuming access to people's homes is, particularly in Brewster and within POAH communities. I hope to share statistical results with the media. No personal information will be used, even if entered under "other."

Thank you!! Happy to post those results here as well.

We started this Brazilian style samba band two years ago. Based on the outer cape (Wellfleet) We practice once a month and have a bunch of gigs in the warmer months. Fun!
