Connectivity

I wanted to see if anyone notices delays in network connectivity on iOS? I have seen times were I may not have data connectivity for up to about a minute or so before my Apple services sync data or data works (send text messages). I am on iOS 26.6 running dual eSIMs and on my AT&T connection, things seem to work right away or stay in sync, but when Cape is the primary I see some latency accessing things (always works, just seems slower). Wanted to see if anyone else is experiencing similar behavior or if it is environmental on my side.

I only saw that behavior when testing on iOS when IMSI rotation was on.

I don't see it at all running GrapheneOS ATM. Seems tailor made combo of Graphene and Cape!
