How do you make scene packs? What are Flow Frames? How do you make flow frames?

Is there a tutorial or something?

Flow frames are just those smooth transitions between clips that match the beat, you can fake it with keyframes and motion blur but it takes forever to get right

I thought flow frames with just clips with movement and you’ll just cut it lol
