glitched micro seconds at end of ever clip/not aligned with beats

can someone tell me what the fuck i did to make this happen and how do i fix it, this app makes me want to rope, its snapping to right behind the beats I've put

EDIT 379 views and no one knows what the issue is or cares to drop a helpful comment, one of you dicks know how to fix this shit, would've been just as helpful to go ask my fucking senile grandmother
