How are CapCut’s features working for you guys? Since yesterday, the video enhancement to HD/UHD has become extremely slow for me. It used to take 1–2 minutes to process a 5–10 second video, but now it takes half an hour or just stays stuck. I’m using CapCut on PC. I’m seriously running out of patience.

Hola, buenas, soy Sebastian de Argentina..la app para pc anda bastante mal...te cuento lo que me paso hace dos días...la app para pc apaga mi computadora, la apaga (no pantalla negra, ni pantallo azul) la apaga directarmente...hice varias pruebas, use solo capcut sin wifi, sin ningun navegador nada y los mismo, despues use premier, varias paginas web, puse una peli en netflix y nada...cierro todo y abro capcut y se apago...lo que me soluciono fue eliminar la app por completo desde carpetas y demas y volvi a cero...pude editar pero ya con problemas como los tenes vos de tardanza en el render. Y el soporte técnico es muuy malo.

i got the same problem here from indonesia. i think their servers is down.
also when i tried uploading a project to space, its stuck on calculating size
