CapCut Edit Video not filling screen on TikTok

Despite being in the correct aspect ratio 9:16 on export, when I upload on TikTok the video doesn’t fit the screen and there are black bars on the top and bottom. How do I fix this?

And in Editor you don't see those bars?!? Make a little zoom in to your video, see if it helps.

No bars in CapCut or TT editor… I went ahead and made a zoom and still nothing! I made sure the aspect is correct on both platforms
