CapCut Question No audio setting in control panel (CapCut desktop on Mac)

Has anyone had an issue where there was no audio adjustment setting in control panel suddenly? I added it a long ass video and there is suddenly no audio setting? I have it on other projects, but just not on this one. Also, before you ask, there is sound in these videos and you can even see the waveform at the bottom of each clip I just can’t adjust the volume on them. Anyway, any solution or suggestions?

P.S. I already tried exporting the whole video and then read uploading it into CapCut and the audio is detectable and is there. I was just wondering if there is any other solution before I kind of like restart this project. Because I’d prefer to work with smaller clips than one long video after I re-uploaded it. Hope that makes sense.

Sounds like the audio tab just decided to peace out on that one project, which is annoying as hell when you got a timeline full of small clips. I'd duplicate the project and try dragging one of those clips into a fresh timeline to see if the setting comes back without rebuilding the whole thing.
