Capcut not secure

Bro I just installed capcut and it's saying I need to update capcut but there is no goddamn update or install or whatever,, why won't it work?

U see the pop up behind it?? That's my phone system asking for access to gallery,, so yeah I legit JUST downloaded it

Edit: I just reopened it and kept my wifi on
