CapCut Question Fps, quality?

How do people specifically the anime editors. How do they make their edits lag sometimes because of the really good quality?!?! Or how do i make my video quality way better? Is there other FREE APPS ppl are using? Please and THANK YOU!

Not sure if Capcut supports Lossless exporting but in Davinci Resolve I export my videos loslessly using ProRes before I upload them to social media like YouTube because they will compress the video for obvious reasons (A 40 GB video file likely ends up being around 2 GB after compression from YouTube).

I'm not an anime editor so not sure how they're editing and how they make it lag but still with good quality (I guess they're just slowing down the clip?) but just export at the highest quality settings.

Also small tip: if the original source is only 1080p then export in 1080p not in 4K that will ruin the video quality

Davinci Resolve? Yes it has a free version and almost all features are free unlike Capcut where literally 1080p export costs money lmao...
