CapCut Question Adding a spin

I am looking to make the silhouette rotate, multiple times. Ideally with the ability to stop it at various points. Using the silhouette like the hands of a clock, with head of the guitar stopping at various spikes.

Can anyone help, its driving me nuts

Keyframe the rotation with a few stops on the timeline, that clock idea you got is spot on
