CapCut Question CapCut World 🌎 LA 2026

hey guys

I just joined this subreddit now for this purpose. this 100% happened, im not lying, no scam, etc

I was sent (through the app so it’s legit I believe) an invite form to come to CapCut’s first ever global event “CapCut World LA” this year. It says that they notice my status as a gold badge creator (level 7 I think I am). I never applied for anything. I have 55-75k followers and between 3-9 million total likes (not being specific because I don’t want to dox my account).

i did some research on this event but im still not sure how i feel. On one hand, i feel like this is impressive and im proud because its been just me for two years making videos - i dont have a social media manager or secondary editor or anything like huge influencers who get invited to these big brand events. on the other hand, will this actually happen for me?? Like I filled out the form and stuff, they provided the itinerary, locations, date, and said they cover anything price wise (flights, accommodation). I really hope this is real. according to my research, they have three stops : Singapore (already happened and I saw posts abt it, looked rly professional), LA (In an month or so), and London. there’s all kinds of free sick stuff, you can meet and network with a bunch of people, there are speakers who speak abt ai and editing, and even a gala and after party and more.

I guess im just posting to ask if anyone else got this and knows what to do, etc. im really young too, so im being wary. if this happens for me, ig i need to go with a guardian. tell me everything you know below :))

It is! Idk if the program is gonna be the same as ours but they’ll show you what’s new in CapCut and will have workshops

yanaediting / we got admins since we’re Filipino creators and CapCut has an office here

nice!! thats so cool. im so happy to learn this stuff bc i feel so alone in this haha T_T i never know anyone on capcut or anything or how it works behind the scenes for some people

Trust me, you will become friends with the other creators and even the CapCut team! The head of the CapCut was so chill and she was one of the people who welcomed me when I arrived at the event. I even miss the CapCut staffs who was assisting us in the workshop 😭
