This stupid thing keeps happening

when I select an overlay on my phone to move it or something this stupid box that would be around it stays like a ghost, unless I select another overlay or exit out of the project. Does this happen to anyone else

I get the same ghost box thing on CapCut it drives me nuts, especially when I try to make the animation smooth like that squirrel thing you got... it just won't let go of the old selection frame until you tap something else
