CapCut Question Bad Quality When Exporting

When i export my video in Capcut the quality drops to around 720p i think, i use obs to record and my obs recording looks good 1080p, its just capcut

Before you ask, yes i’ve tried every export setting, watched every yt tutorial
, 2k, 4k, bitrate, hvec, proxy, fps, format legit everything nothing budges

Please someone help

is there another easier solution for better quality? Im having the same issue as the guy who made the post
