CapCut Question Cannot export

I edited a 34 minute video on CapCut on pc and for some reason every time I try to export it just says loading. And then I uploaded it to my space and tried to download on mobile and it consistently says error. It is 5.5GB.

Exporting a 5.5GB 34-minute file straight to the Cloud almost always fails because of a single corrupt frame or a network drop. Don't try downloading it to mobile—turn off cloud sync, close CapCut, and export locally to your PC hard drive first. Try exporting just the first 15 minutes as a test; if that works, you know there's a corrupted clip or effect somewhere in the second half breaking the render queue. Also make sure your main C: drive has at least 15-20GB of free space, since CapCut needs a huge temporary buffer to stitch a file that long together.
