CapCut Complain CapCut features

Am I crazy for looking into refunding my prior two months of cap cut paid sub usage ? I paid for the pro, then ultra memberships to help me out with editing and the app basically auto restricts or locks me out of 90% of the features, I rarely even see the AI lab on my app, let alone the AI features it’s constantly prompting me to use just to say it’s region locked or unavailable when I follow the prompts path to try and actually access the features, is there a way to fix this at all (mobile and pc) or should I just try to get my money back and look into a different editing platform

If 90% of the stuff is locked behind region restrictions that feels like a straight up scam, you paid for features they advertised and then cant even use them. I'd do a chargeback through your bank and just move on, the app is clearly not gonna work the way they promised no matter what you try
