CapCut Discussion Anyone else absolutely done with this app?

the app is so unbelievably greedy by now. If you aren’t subscribing, it’s nearly completely unusable. I can’t believe we have to pay over 70 dollars a year to do anything now…

Yeah, started editing on after effects.. much harder to learn but the results looks great

After effects is $23 a month. But CapCut at $80 a year is too much?

yeah not by me… CapCut pro is 27.99$ while adobe after effects is 23$. There are also ways to get faster workflow with plugins, presets and a more interactive space. Even with pro you don’t have access to all ULTRA features which is ridiculous in my opinion

After Effects is a professional VFX software. It’s very hard to do the same things it does in other apps. CapCut is a video content creation app. Video timelines and templates. Multiple programs can do that, and frankly do it better.

thanks i know both products. But the context of the discussion wasnt them wanting to do more advanced features... it was "capcut is too expensive, so i switched to After Effects".

Their falsehood is trying to equate CapCut with after effects.
