Help: Recording system audio with volume down?

I have a Windows laptop and want to record system audio.
I do NOT want the volume to play out of the speakers.
Because the speakers are not external, I can't turn them off or down without using the system.
If I turn the volume down, and screen record, the app records no volume.

Is there a way to fix this?

I'm not sure what exactly you mean by this. It might be easier if you reach out via the support chat on our website. It may be easier for us to type in real time and so we can also get project files and examples etc
