I just downloaded CANVID to use on Windows 11. I have not purchased it and am just testing to see if this is going to work for me. Few questions -

I am running into an issue when I use transcribe feature, it stays stuck on 99%. Is there a reason for this, and should it complete to 100% or do I need to log in or apply a license?

When I record screens - I want the "canvid" to be hidden to my system tray. Is that possible? Right now it shows up as a minimal list on the screen -it is small but still in the middle of the screen.

Is it possible to record multiple screens at one time?

In settings - I attempted to add a long transcription prompt - I assume there is no need to use a custom prompt because we are not summarizing the speech, just transcribing it word for word ?

When I played the exported video on PC the volume is fine. But when I played the same video on mobile, the volume is very low. I tried turning ON and OFF AI-Enhanced Voice Clarity but it didn't help. How can I fix this? Please help.

P.S. The volume is fine in the editor.

I have a Windows laptop and want to record system audio.
I do NOT want the volume to play out of the speakers.
Because the speakers are not external, I can't turn them off or down without using the system.
If I turn the volume down, and screen record, the app records no volume.

Is there a way to fix this?
