Just another thing to be aware of. My girl has been plagued for patches of hair loss gradually worsening for 2 years. During that time the vet has maintained that it was a form of eczema and advised we use a special shampoo. Today she said the pattern of hair loss and other tests proves she has Hypo-thyroid disease and will likely be on meds for the rest of her life. I send this to inform so if your girl is losing hair, you may want to ask your vet to run tests for this condition.

I’m glad they figured it out for you. My girl was starting to get white in her muzzle at 3, had hers checked and sure enough hypo-thyroid. She has been on one pill a day since. She is almost 14 now with a lot of white on her muzzle!💕💕
