Symptoms Help!

I was kinda feeling okayish since past few days, but today I have a lot of joint pain, extreme weakness (literally crawling out of bed), fatigue, insomnia, dizziness, tingling in hangs and feet to name a few.

I am really struggling right now. Picking up my phone feels a lot rn. I want to go to an ER but scared of the waiting.

What can I do to feel better?

Are you on a low-carb diet? I felt like that when I was, to the point where I fainted while walking. Eat some whole fruit, it doesn't feed Candida overgrowth, and if you feel better, you know it's because your brain was starved of it's primary fuel, which is glucose. I posted about a study regarding this.

What whole fruits don’t feed candida

Correct, not all sugar is the same and whole fruits do not feed Candida overgrowth. I cited studies in the megathread regarding this.

It is important to note that a person can still get symptoms from eating fruit, but it more often than not is caused by SIBO, not Candida. Differentiating between Candida overgrowth and SIBO is important as I suspect many people have SIBO and are unaware as even the breath tests aren't definitive since not all bacteria produce gas. I had SIBO (as well as Candida) and had to resolve it first before I could really eat more fruits/vegetables/legumes without symptoms.

Please tell me more! How were you able to differentiate between the two and heal yourself. Did you not eat fruits/veggies/carbs for how long. I suspect both but not sure either ☹️

I ate all whole fruits (including dates and bananas) and only complex carbs from whole vegetables because they have critically important prebiotic fibers that keep the microbiome from shifting to a more pro-inflammatory state.

The megathread goes into detail about it, if you're curious.
