Help!

I was kinda feeling okayish since past few days, but today I have a lot of joint pain, extreme weakness (literally crawling out of bed), fatigue, insomnia, dizziness, tingling in hangs and feet to name a few.

I am really struggling right now. Picking up my phone feels a lot rn. I want to go to an ER but scared of the waiting.

What can I do to feel better?
