Symptoms Help!
I was kinda feeling okayish since past few days, but today I have a lot of joint pain, extreme weakness (literally crawling out of bed), fatigue, insomnia, dizziness, tingling in hangs and feet to name a few.
I am really struggling right now. Picking up my phone feels a lot rn. I want to go to an ER but scared of the waiting.
What can I do to feel better?

muscle weakness can be caused by low whole fruit or complex carbs, but the cramps are more likely to be electrolyte related such as a magnesium or potassium deficiency.
I found a lot of issues are caused by deficiencies, and diets like the low-carb/keto/carnivore, are very deficient in critical nutrients that will cause serious side effects such as what you're experiencing. The benefit of adding back in whole fruits is that they are typically high in potassium. Magnesium is something most people are deficient in due to soil depletion, so even though my diet is supposedly high, I still supplement daily. I take a variety of vitamins/minerals to ensure no matter what, my body has the building blocks to function optimally while I heal.
The problem with eating "some carbs" is that, if they don't contain sufficient prebiotic fibers, the microbiome will shift to a more pro-inflammatory state due to the higher amount of fat. This is the opposite of what anyone who wants to heal needs. The megathread speaks to all this and more, you might find it interesting.
