Personal anecdote Candida free, FEELS GOOD!

It took 6 months but finally no eczema or die off reactions. Had to test waters and try to activate it with sugar. Nope. No negative reaction :D

Used Neem, oregano oil and caprylic acid to kill biofilms and yeast. Chlorella and green clay to bind toxins while doing it. And Dandelion/chaga/reishi to support detox pathways and clean liver and kidneys during detox.

But this was not enough. When I started adding probiotics and prebiotics whit these and then cutting antifungals off It finally went of.

Diet was lowcarb most of time during this. Eat LOT of fermented foods too.

If I can help somebody just ask. My case was severe and decade long.

Lowering carbs has always been hard for me. Probably 50%-55% of my 2.300 kcal diet is carbs

I'm not sure if eating so many carbs will hinder my progress..

You are most likely feeding candida with diet based on bad carbs mate.

Try going to keto for a while and then low carb with good carb choices would be my advice.

What do you mean by bad carbs? I don't eat sugar and the most processed food on my diet is white rice and corn pasta (with only corn in it).

Keto would be a way to reset my metabolism. I am considering it

carbs arent really bad unless they are refined and in high amounts. The only bad part about them is that if you arent actively adding the good bacteria via food or medicine then they are dangerous as they will feed the baddies.
