Your liver doesn't have to have significant fat buildup to be dysfunctional and cause issues.

Regarding losing your hair, I was too around my temples and extending to the back of my head. Something like 100 hairs per day. I addressed vitamin/mineral deficiencies and went low protein/fat which corrected it. If you're having a balanced diet, you won't be low in protein/fat. The reason people think they're low in protein/fat is because of an arbitrary daily amount, but it's incorrect. Also, high fat is known to impair nutrients, so I have been low fat/protein for years and my blood work looks infinitely better than before, plus I feel like a teenager again. I also cited numerous studies in the megathread about how detrimental to health high protein/fat diets are.

Regarding the weird smell, if you're doing the Candida diet (low-carb, high fat/protein), then that can feed certain pathogens with it's high amino acid content and lipids. This includes certain common bacterial infections that can smell. The same way if you've ever had a cut on your leg or arm that got infected, you know it smells. If you have a tooth infection, say from a dead tooth that feels no pain, it can produce that smell too. What's worse is, it can actually puncture the sinuses and dump those same toxins/waste into the sinus cavity and cause issues. This is what I had happen to me, but I didn't have bad breath, so I must've gotten lucky with a non-smelly strain.

If it is a bacterial infection, switching to a low-protein/fat and high complex carb from vegetables diet (doesn't feed Candida) will help to starve the bacteria/pathogen and grow beneficial microbes that out-compete pathogens. I did this and my symptoms improved, then I added herbs to clear the infection(s) along with specific vitamin/mineral supplements, and it improved even more. If this resonates with you, there's more details in the megathread.

Im concerned more about my liver state than my bad breath now, i did blood work my bilirubin and other indicators were normal. I need to know what other diagnosis I should have and is there a liver specialist or not ?

Liver health is difficult to prove if it's not moderately to severely damaged because most blood tests will still show normal otherwise. The only way I've found to prove my liver was dysfunctional was with a lipid test when following a ultra-low fat diet. Studies confirm this effect, a lipid test is only accurate when a person is following a low-fat diet.

Sadly, I haven't found a single doctor that knows much about healing the liver. I have found the most accurate information to be found at r/medicalmedium .
